In my area I am a well known businessman and I have over the years built up a great reputation online but unfortunately this all changed last year. I was falsely accused of tax evasion, and despite being acquitted by the courts and despite receiving a full and unreserved apology, my name laid in tatters thanks to the internet. The problem is that if enough people read a news article about you that is negative, it can become big news which ends up meaning that more and more people end up linking to the article. Before you know it this is a trusted document in the eyes of the search engines, because they can see that a lot of people have read it, and a lot of people have thought it worthy of linking their own site to it.

Fortunately for me, I came across a company who specialises in ridding the search results pages of sites which in reality shouldn’t be sitting at the top of the page when people search my name!!

The company, called ReputationManagementConsultants.com asked me what terms I wanted to rank for in the search engine results. Once we had decided together what terms would be best for me and were most relevant to my business they set about changing the search results. They went about this by various different means, such as optimising my own site, by creating links to other sites which were positively discussing my business, and by creating link bait campaigns which aimed at making people link to my site in return for the opportunity to win prizes. I have to say that I was dubious at first about the possibility of all this working, but I can happily say that a year on, and the nay-sayers have all but disappeared from the results!

I’ve recently been thinking about starting up a website and I had been pretty determined to all the work for it myself. That is, until I cam across this amazing blogpost. This is a chart with just about everything you need to know about the optimisation of a website. I have to say that most of the information I found on this chart was outside of my experience when it comes to sites. It’s not that it was complicated – in fact on reading, it all made perfect logical sense.

I had been so convinced that I could do all of this stuff myself but after seeing this it just became so clear to me that I would be a fool to think that I could do a good job when there were clearly experts out there who could absolutely walk this kind of stuff. I investigated the company who had put this together a little further and I subsequently discovered that as well as specialising in website optimisation they were also a London web design agency!

This was perfect news for me because I had been so impressed with their work. It was reassuring that although I would be able to ask this company to create a really impressive cutting edge site for me they would also be able to carry out the Search engine optimisation that I would clearly need doing too! I had a look back at the fantastic chart that they had produced for their blog post and I was thrilled with the prospect of what they would be able to do for me. I could just imagine a great link bait campaign with people on social networks going mad for the site – it was all so exciting!

So I didn’t hesitate, and I picked up my phone there and then and contacted Datadial about creating my site.

We already knew how big the role of reviews among hosting sites is. For one reason, it gives you an idea on how efficient a particular site to store all your files to be able to put up your own website. On the other hand, when you want to be competitive in the market, it really pays to have all the best tools to work for you. And for that, I do not think that you would believe me the moment I tell you that this can be achieved by purchasing cheaper hosting services. More so, reading various reviews plays a huge role too. This is one way for you to scrutinize the capability of a particular website. In addition to that, reading BBB web host ratings will also help. If you have no idea what it is, this is used to assign ratings by evaluating web hosting companies through several categories such as the following:

1. How long is the business in operation?

2. Other advertising found by BBB

3. Overall complaint on the business with BBB

4. Quantity of complaints received among clients, and many more

As a matter of fact, those stated above are not even a fraction of the categories that should be based in evaluating a particular hosting site. Therefore, when you read reviews from Cheap Hosting Sites on the internet, be sure that you will get accurate and reliable insights among experts. This is also a way to make things easier for you to research a particular hosting site.
